Services

Sealy MZNLV Gardens provides landscaping design, installation, irrigation, and maintenance services in Delhi. Each project is governed by a quotation detailing scope, price, and schedule.

Quotations & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• 50% advance is due to confirm scheduling; balance upon completion or per milestone plan.
• Prices exclude unforeseen structural repairs or third‑party permits unless clearly included.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to the site during agreed hours.
• Ensure water and electricity supply when required.
• Secure necessary society permissions for rooftop/terrace work.

Warranty

Plant survival depends on weather and aftercare. We guarantee installation quality and provide a 14‑day establishment check for plantings. Irrigation equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, strikes, supply issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you and reschedule promptly.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services causing the claim, except as prohibited by law. We maintain reasonable insurance coverage for on‑site works.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a call‑out fee to cover mobilisation costs. Custom‑ordered materials may be non‑refundable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Delhi.
